Position Description

Responsible for overall management of a multi-family Tax Credit and/or Bond residential property. The Property Manager is directly responsible for operating the community in all efficient and economical manners within the policies established by Moore Asset Management, Inc. The Property Manager is the all-important link between the resident and management company/owner. Property Managers are expected to conduct themselves at all times with the highest integrity, honesty and fairness in dealing with employees, residents, vendors, and contractors.

It is the policy of Moore Asset Management, Inc to promote competent individuals from within the organization whenever possible. Property Managers are salaried employees and are not eligible for overtime compensation. If necessary, working more than forty hours per week to get the job completed is expected.

Position requires periodic travel by automobile to handle work-related activities. May require travel out-of-town and/or overnight trips.

Property Manager may be required to assist in special projects or activities designated by company. This may include due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, or functions, etc.
