Position Description

Along with the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, unit make ready, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. Responsible for maintenance adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and monthly maintenance budget monitoring.

The Maintenance Technician is expected to conduct themselves at all times with the highest integrity, honesty and fairness in dealing with the property.
